Plant Technical Services, and his recommendations meeting with Messrs. Charles Hill & Sons to progress the cleaning and preservation of the ship.
Blake continues that they have not received any of the primer paint for experimental applications, and his assumption that they will use red lead to go staight onto the surface.
Blake also mentions the upcoming first meeting of the Dock Committee.
