Annotated, and dated "31 July 1819", compromising;
"Transverse Section of a Bridge on a great span"
"Transverse section of a Bridge by Suspension"
Two elevations (one marked "This elevation corresponds with the Transverse Section A")
Engineering drawings depicting rods and the manner in which they should be secured "These holes should be very long so as to admit of adjust.t"
One transverse section showing a carriage, another a pedestrian, another a man and boy.
Captioned in another hand "Transverse Section of a Bridge by Trussing & Suspension"
Also includes rough work and calculations. Mounted on card.
