DescriptionModel of passenger ship 'Highland Monarch'. Motorshhip built by Harland & Wolff for the Nelson Line in 1928. She made her maiden voyage from London to Buenos Aires. In 1932 Royal Mail Lines took over the Nelson Line. During the Second World War the ship served as a troop transport and in 1948 resumed her London to La Plata service. She was broken up at Dulmuir in 1960.
