DescriptionBrick and stone building, grade II* listed, situated in the Great Western Dockyard. Probably built in the 1840s/50s, the history of this building is slightly unclear. It may have been built in the early 1840s and served as the drawing office to the Great Western Steamship Company. But it may also have been built in the 1850s by William Patterson after he took on the lease of the site.
This Building is now part of the Being Brunel Museum which opened in 2018.
