DescriptionSolid silver fork - plain front. Wear to points so that the right hand point is slightly worn down compared to others, ends in curved point, slightly bent inwards. The two middle points have flatter ends. Left point worn and pointed. Handle narrows at the neck and widens out to end. Back shows silver hall marks along handle, which identifies the fork as registered in London, the maker as Solomon Houghham (London, 1792-1818), letter 'K' represents 1805. Also includes small star by 'SH'. Above hall mark at end of handle is an engraved 'B', fairly worn.
