The notice regards the passage of the S.S. "Great Britain", on the 'River Avon', on the 4th July 1970, being towed up the river from Avonmouth to Bristol. Details are included on procedure of small craft and the movements of the S.S. Great Britain.
Also included are 5 coloured Falkland Islands stamps, with the five different configurations of the S.S. Great Britain, stuck down onto the notice.
