A letter with the estimate prices of building the lock at Cumberland basin The estimations include "the whole of the Walls to be constructed of Prubb masonry except the Granite Quoins & Pennant Coping", and the grounds of the houses becoming the property of the Bristol Dock Company and to "either take them down or prop them up".
