In the caption it explains that the paddle tug has been restored and will sail out of Dover habour to America where it will be a permanent exhibition at the San Fransico Maritime Museum.
The cutting is 418x320mm. Cutting has a crease down the centre where it has been folded and two holes punched in the top of the page. Small tear to bottom edge of the cutting.
