TitleTimber block
DescriptionTimber block, possibly a section of a beam or support structure. There are 5 circular holes running straight through the timber which are visible on the other side. Remains of another material, possibly paint, remains on the inner walls of one of the holes suggesting another element of the block once existed. The remains of an iron rod or pin, approx. 25mm long is evident on the under side of the timber. There is some flaking along the wood's grain but otherwise stable.
