DescriptionSmall marble or stone pedestal souvenir of the Thames Tunnel. Slender neck, almost hour glass shaped, the round top is covered in glass behind which a paper engraving shows the entrance to the Thames Tunnel with the river Thames above. Around the edge of the engraving are printed details of the dimensions and the opening of the Tunnel.
