On the front is an image of a train crossing the Royal Albert Bridge, and a postage stamp showing the bridge. Stamped "The Cornish Riviera Limited Centenary, The Westbury Route, Penzance 1 July 2006." With postage stamp saying the "Cornish Riviera 1906-2006. Fee for conveyance of single post letters by railway 4d." On the reverse Limited edition 189 of 200, and advertisement for The Railway Journal. Issued as part of the 200th anniversary of Brunel's birth.
