DescriptionLetter signed 'Brunel', dated 16 August (Thursday) with no year. The note says Marc has received papers but requests that in future, these include 'some idea of increase with particulars of causes.' He then asks for the measurements of 'depth of the shafts below high water or from any other point'. Likely to be in reference to the Thames Tunnel. The letter is signed off 'I am my dear sir your left handed friend'.
Thought to be after 1845 when Marc Brunel could no longer use his right hand
