This is because they have already been covered in two other books by the same author - Bush Leatherwork and More Bush Leatherwork.

This book is intended for the person who already knows the basics, and is interested in developing further. Many of the plaits illustrated here are unusual, but easy to do, while others are very complex and not for the faint hearted.
