ОписаниеSet of 15 commemorative playing cards advertising SS Great Britain. In a modern frame with label. Back of cards say "Great Britain Steam Ship" and the Latin moto "Dieu droit pluribus unum et mon." Set includes 12 face cards, a 3 of diamonds, and card of which the back is shown, and a card from the publisher which says "stamp office London." Cards are presented on a black background, framed by a white mat, with printed label centered at the bottom. Label reads "first commemorative deck of cards advertising s.s. "Great Britain" with intertwined Anglo-American design. Circa 1845.
