IGKT Resources box, item 23
'In this paper we introduce a 4-parameter notation for Nested Knots and give tables by means of which one can determine the number of cycles in the associated stringrun for B* = 4 and 2 < A < 10. A number of worked examples are included. We conclude with notes on two sets of "punctured spheres" i.e. spheres with a hole cut in one of their Polar Weaves'. Black and white drawings and diagrams. 22 bound pages. Item number 22 in IGKT resources box is apparently a different, possibly earlier, version of this article (whereas this one appears to have a different set of illustrations).
