Annotated on the back: "Great Britain" Jug, Bristol Pottery c1845. Dec. in colours on cream-coloured Earthenware - reverse has blue-black monocrome view of (? Christmas) steps. 5" high approx. Bristol City Art Gallery, Purchased 1974.
